Jane Couper is the founder of Red Wolf Technologies Limited and the co-founder and CEO of Novello Healthcare, where she works to bring down NHS staffing costs through technological innovation. She is also the co-chair for APSCo's clinical and healthcare sector and a motivational speaker. She began her professional journey after studying forensics at university in Glasgow. Couper is also a devoted mother and a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community.
