Michelle Niziol is a prolific Oxfordshire-based entrepreneur and the CEO of the IMS Property Group. Her professional drive is rooted in childhood financial hardship; at age 17, her family faced the repossession of their home and car, forcing her to drop out of A-levels and work three jobs to support her younger sister. This early instability fueled her lifelong passion for property and finance—sectors she views as essential for providing safety and security.

Michelle gained national prominence as a candidate on The Apprentice (2016), where she was fired in week one after serving as Project Manager. Undeterred, she scaled her business empire to seven companies encompassing mortgage brokerages, estate agencies, and property development.
